All of us need to find out our motivational style. For example, if you are an achiever, you need to find the right tasks to make you feel like you are doing your best.

The motivation styles are divided into two categories:

1) Competitor – If you are a competitor, you must work on tasks using your skills and abilities.

2) Creator – If you are a creator, you need to look for creative tasks with opportunities for self-expression.

Working in teams can be a great way to motivate yourself and other team members. Just by having the support of your peers, you might find that you feel more motivated to complete your tasks.
